2. Employer & Client Engagements

All commercial staffing engagements, service level agreements (SLAs), candidate guarantees, fee structures, and mobilization schedules are governed by dedicated corporate recruitment agreements executed between SRR Consultancy and the employer. In the event of any conflict between this website policy and a specific commercial contract, the provisions of the signed contract shall prevail.

3. Ethical Recruitment Standard

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of the use of this website or our recruitment operations shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
